   I’ve always liked photography that can show the “passage of time”. Whether it’s a time lapsed photo, a multiple exposure, or just a series of pictures of the same place at different seasons of the year, anything that tells a story over a period of time, to me, is always interesting.

   I’ve tried for a number of years to do a series of “4 Season” shots. One time I started the series in winter, only to come back and see that it was so overgrown, I wasn’t able to get even close to the same exact spot for the next shot!

   The autumn of 2006 was really spectacular here in New England. I figured I’d star again, this time smartening up some. No more “middle of the field” poses. Either be sitting on a rock or leaning against a tree, anything to make it easy to line them up when I’d finished.
