During the deep phases of a solar eclipse, you’re able to see a phenomena that not many people look for, and one that won’t hurt your eyes: countless crescents of the sun on the ground! The last bits of sunlight filtering through the leaves of a tree helped produce this effect from the May 10, 1994 annular eclipse that went across North America.
