Could you imagine an entire trip revolving around the taking of just one photograph? Believe it. Another one of those pictures Jesus put into my head, and then let me work out the physical details on how to do it. Taken with a mini telescope hooked up to my camera. Unfortunately the sharpness isn’t that great, though I really like the way the sun, just rising over a hill behind me, has lit the cross a beautiful golden color. Plus the guy sitting on the edge (looking back down into town) really gives a nice scale to the size of the cross (33’ tall). Another picture I would love to re-shoot, but the cost of the equipment I’d need to make me happy with the results would be absolutely ludicrous! Another cover of “Medjugorje Magazine”.
