Another one of those “pre-visualized” shots. Could I capture the Milky Way behind “Cross Mountain” late one night? You’re looking at the answer. Remember, these are the days before Photoshop, so I had to do all  the magic on one frame in the camera. And even at 2 AM there were people coming up the mountain, singing and praying! That’s them sitting on the steps, looking back down into town. Here’s how I did this shot.
