Wonders Of The Universe

Not many people realize that all NASA’s photographs are “public domain”, meaning you can use them for free. That’s right, free. NASA figures the American public paid for all these expensive moon missions, shuttle flights, etc., so the pictures are basically “ours”. This picture of “Cassiopeia A” was taken with 3 space telescopes: The Spitzer Space Telescope (infrared), The Hubble Telescope, and The Chandra X-Ray Observatory, with each photo combined for this final result.
